"Expediente-Ingrediente" (Expedient-Ingredient) is a TV serie about the journey of food before going to the consumer's table, in Colombia. With facts, attractive characters, diverse locations and confrontation of ideas, this serie's objetive is to inform the consumers and help them take decisions about the food they eat.

In this project Frank Rodríguez, who was my documentary professor at the university, and I, co-wrote the scripts of each episode in the researching phase of the project. A team of researchers made previous interviews, took photos and collected information for us to write the episodes.

Our biggest challenge was making the episodes attractive, while giving the important information and conserving a permanent narrative structure in all the episodes.
